What I Do

Peter Schuh is the author of Integrating Agile Development in the Real World, a field guide for anyone in software development whose prime interest is to see useful and usable software built and delivered in a timely manner. I have held virtually every position on a software development project team, including project manager, programmer, DBA, business analyst, technical writer, and account manager.

Currently, I manage projects, coach project teams in the adoption and improvement of agile practices, and conduct trainings on adopting agile practices and techniques in traditional development environments (such as waterfall, heavy process and fixed cost).
